All payments, which will include all shipping and handling fees, must be made by credit card and Shop.flylondon will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server. Delivery charges are set out at the time the order is made, depending from where you’re asking for your delivery.

2. Delivery Times
Shop.flylondon provides the current expect delivery time by country. Working days are from Monday to Friday. However, there may be circumstances beyond Shop.flylondon’s control which may cause delays. Shop.flylondon.com uses DHL International Service – see expected delivery time.

Prices are in Euros.Are as stated in the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Availability of the Website and Goods
Shop.flylondon will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
If you choose a good that is not available at the moment we’ll inform you about the expected delivery time that won’t exceed two weeks.

6. Returns and Exchange
All the items for sale on the website are top quality. Shop.flylondon is confident that you will be satisfied with any item that you purchase.
However, we understand that may be times when items do not meet your satisfaction and that is why we allow you to return any item to us if some problem happen with the quality of the item bought, within 8 days of purchase.. In that case we would ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. All the costs with the exchange will be paid by the customer. In these cases, you will get a new pair from the same style and value.You should return them to us so that we can replace them. Shop.flylondon will not accept liability for any items lost on their way back to us without proof of delivery. Do not just put the parcel in the post. When returning an item please enclose your details including your order number.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We also accept exchanges caused by size problems. In theses cases you should return the pair to Paula & Marta, at your cost, and we will send you a new pair, with the correct size.
The delivery of this new pair will be paid by the customer, so you will be credit in the value of the new shipment costs.

All the information you provide including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. We do not share any of these information with anyone.

8. Right to alter Terms and Conditions
